Smith Group Pty Ltd was established in 1997 and was actively involved in the civil construction industry on medium to large scale private and government infrastructure projects.
In 2000 Smith Group Pty Ltd purchased the first of its range of successful developments at 26–30 Epsom Road, Rosebery, Sydney comprising of a 15 apartment warehouse conversion. Since then, the company has been focused primarily on residential and commercial projects.
